Architectural Review Request

Making changes to the exterior of your home? Great! First, you’ll need to make sure your changes follow the Covenants & Restrictions and Rules & Regulations for Hunters Ridge. Please be sure to familiarize yourself with those documents, then submit your request via the steps below.

How to Request a Review

1. Start by downloading and completing an Architectural Review Request form.
2. Email, mail, or deliver the form to Kingdom Management and be sure to include any supporting documentation such as your lot survey, photos, paint swatches, contractor quotes, etc. — anything to help visualize and explain the details of your project. EMAIL arb@kingdommanagement.com

Kingdom Management will process your submission and share it with our Hunters Ridge Architectural Review Committee, who will review all the details and render their decision.  Within 30 calendar days (often much less), you’ll get a response through Kingdom Management with approval or denial of your request.
